MAKHACHKALA, August 4 – RIA "Dagestan". Dagestan Prime Minister Magomed Ramazanov convened the Operational Headquarters regular sitting to address the implementation of presidential instructions aimed at enhancing territorial capitalization by optimizing land and property resource utilization.
The top official underscored the importance of updating real estate records, activating unused land and applying digital tools for cadastral valuation, warning against formalistic approaches and demanding strict adherence to deadlines. Acting Deputy Chairman Zaur Eminov outlined five designated tools for regions, noting that information on 1,454 out of 1,566 settlements has already been entered into the USRRE ahead of the 2027 deadline.
Since January 2023, the National Spatial Data System has facilitated the registration of rights for nearly 300,000 properties and the demarcation of boundaries for more than 240,000 land plots and 118,000 buildings, granting them full legal status for taxation purposes. Results from completed cadastral valuations were also presented during the session.
