MAKHACHKALA, August 4 – RIA "Dagestan". The representatives of Kavkaz.RF JSC and anchor investor Sfera Group JSC met with Dagestan Acting Tourism Minister Emin Merdanov to review implementation of the Caspian Coastal Cluster’s nine hotel projects.
The session resulted in agreed-upon timelines for design, construction, and site preparation at priority facilities, with specific focus on aligning these activities with infrastructure rollout managed by Kavkaz.RF.
Merdanov underscored that synchronization between private investment and public infrastructure is vital to avoiding delays and achieving the planned 2029 opening of both accommodation facilities and beach zones for public use.
